Pulse Frequency Range Expanded up to 1000Hz!

The maximum pulse frequency has been doubled (compared to previous models) to 1000Hz, significantly improving arc concentration. This enhancement allows for a wide range of applications, from thin to medium-thick plates.

  • High-Speed Pulse (up to 1000Hz): Maintains excellent arc directivity even at low current ranges.

  • Precision at 1000Hz: Higher directivity makes it easier to aim the arc precisely, resulting in uniform weld beads and reduced heat tint/discoloration for a cleaner finish.

Low-Speed Pulse (up to 20Hz)

Enables precise heat input control to achieve uniform root beads and an aesthetically pleasing bead appearance. Furthermore, it simplifies the welding of joints with varying plate thicknesses, gaps, or misalignments.

TIG

Improved construction efficiency by using Low-Speed Pulse TIG for the first layer—where welding defects are most likely—to ensure a solid root bead, then switching to the standard DC Manual Metal Arc (Stick) welding for the second layer onwards.

Supported by the "Welding Setting Guide" Function

By simply configuring four basic conditions, the welding machine automatically adjusts parameters such as "Welding Current, Initial Current, and Crater Current." This simplifies the tuning process and significantly improves welding work efficiency.
